Submit a Leadership Case Study

Leadership is not a concept it is a practice. I want to highlight the behaviors that contribute to an effective practice through stories from people of different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

As we confront turbulent changes to how we learn, heal, work, play and live, I want to create a marketplace of leadership stories to share actions available to us to make a positive difference with others.

What examples do you have of taking care of people, influencing others, contributing to successful teams? What values, traits and behaviors helped in turning ideas into reality? What are you learning about leadership in and out of the workplace?

If you know of approaches to community and human challenges that worked, please let me know. I am collecting case studies to share with national security community members, public policy students, wonks, and business and non-governmental actors about leadership and transformation.
