With luck, vaccine, good health and economic measures, we will have the chance to re-start our lives and reconnect face to face. With that in mind, the first article of 2021 will be Seven Lessons in Re-integrating Soldiers In-Between and After Forward Deployments by Allegra Jordan, the Executive Director of the Rick Herrema Foundation from 2017 to 2020. What do we need to know about re-integrating with others? How do we recognize effective teams and what do you do when they are not? How can you participate in creating positive change without being in charge? What is trust and how do we earn it? And, if 2021 demands further change and adaptation from us, how do we do it effectively?
